Registration Information

To apply for a place on MalaysiaTraining.com training course either:

 

Payments
To assure your place in class, payment in full is required 15 days prior to the first day of instruction. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.

We also accept Checks and Purchase Orders (PO). For a Purchase Order we will need to receive a hard copy of the PO. Purchase Orders are invoiced relative to course date.

International students can pay using a Wire Transfer. Please contact us for bank account and other information. It is important that following the transfer you fax your wire transfer confirmation to 603-5631 0320.


Confirmation

All students will receive a letter confirming enrollment after payment has been accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation at one week prior to the first day of instruction, please Email info@malaysiatraining.com to confirm your enrollment.


Cancellation

Refunds are provided for cancellations made at least two weeks (15 business days) prior to the day of workshop. NO REFUNDS are allowed if cancellation is made less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled workshop date. All cancellations and changes are subject to a 20% or minimum RM100 non-refundable processing fee.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 5 business days before the class so we can assign you to another day of training.

Substitutions for enrolled attendees are allowed but must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the class.

We reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if necessary. In that event, a full course refund will be issued promptly, or you may choose to schedule for a new course date. All courses are subject to availability and enrollment limits. Course contents, dates, and fees are subject to change at any time without notice.


Discounts

For a company sending 2 people to a public course the price is reduced and sending 3 or more people to a public course means a further reduction.

Alternatively, on-site classes, delivered at your company facility, can be very cost effective, as well as convenient. It can save you travel expenses and minimize the impact on your daily schedule. Moreover, the opportunity to freely discuss your project specific issues will add extra value to on-site classes. Please contact us for further information on discounts and special programs.

  • For individuals who are paying to attend the course from their own resources, i.e. you don't have an employer who is paying, we offer a significant discount.
  • For Registered Charities we offer a reduced course price.
