Custom Training

If you have a group of 4 or more people that require training, we can tailor a course to specifically meet your needs. The training can be conducted at your premises or at one of our training facilities. We are happy to conduct courses as half or full-day workshops or multiple day sessions with on-site activities.

In addition to our standard courses we can customise courses to meet your exact needs. For example taking one of our technical courses and simplifying it to meet the needs of less technical staff. All course durations can be varied to meet individual requirements. We also run many customised courses for clients on a workshop basis including customer specific systems. Please contact us if the course you require is not in our standard list.

Standard customisation
Our trainers are always prepared to customise courses on the fly to meet the individual needs of students. We pride ourselves on being able to answer all client questions, even if they are not within the scope of the course.

Customisation to meet the needs of particular job roles
Our courses are mostly used by technical staff, however, customisations are possible to meet the different needs of particular job functions:

• Managers - Courses to provide high level overviews and buzzwords.
• Sales staff - Courses to cover benefits and buzzwords.

Customisation for project specifics
Our courses are designed to be generic in nature. This means that the hands on sessions can be customised, if required, to run on suites to your project requirements. For example, we have run our ColdFusion Programming courses with hands on sessions on how to create online mailing list to use on our cleints existing community portal. Another example is combining courses, for example we have run 5-day workshop such as migrating an ColdFusion version 5 to latest version ColdFusion MX for on of our clients who manage their own Intranet system in-house.

Customisation for site specifics
Rather than attending a course that covers a range of technologies (not all used at your site) we can run courses, which focus on only the information, you need. If this results in a shortened course you save money as well.

Customisation with new courses
We are not limited to customisation involving just our existing courses. We write our own courseware so we are also in a strong position to provide customised courses through the development of new courseware.
